They come with 2 sets of laces: the light ones shown and some dark brown laces, the color of the suede part of the shoe. These shoes should last a long time; I look forward to breaking them in.

Sent them back and ordered a 10.5 which fits just fine. They are a little stiff and will require a break in period,(unusual for SM) but they are worth that.

This pair is no different. The style is excellent, a classic suede and leather saddle. The leather lining is fairly plush, but like any high quality leather shoe, it will require some break in. My only negative comment on this shoe, is that it has a leather pull tab in the back, that frequently falls inside when I put it on. A minute with a stitch puller will resolve this.
