I normally wear an XL shirt (I have a big chest), but the XL size in this tank fit more like an XXL. I returned it and got a Large and now the fit is much better. I can't speak to the other sizes, but I imagine they probably also run large. If you prefer a snugger fit in you tanks, I would order a size down.
