I for this for a specific plain shift, to dress it up, and it is wonderful for that. I did get a size larger to avoid the appearance that it was way too small as shown on the model. Better, I think.

I normally wear an 8/10 and the medium fit fine, except for the length. I am not particularly long-waisted, but it hit me a little too high for comfort in movement. Maybe the size large would have been longer?

The material is much thinner than I was expecting, it doesn't provide much warmth at all. The fit is a little funky--the torso is somewhat baggy/loose, which results in the neck of the cardigan flopping over if it isn't buttoned up all the way. I would go down a size to try to remedy this, but the arms are very tight and I think a size smaller just wouldn't work. I'm an average/slim build, 5'7" 130 lbs, I got the size small. I purchased 2 different colors and the sizing seemed consistent. On looks alone, I give the style of this cardigan 5 stars, but the material and fit get a 3.

I really like the feminine style with the subtle lace trim and gathered shoulders, the soft material and colors. I don't like how the bottom lays when the bottom button is buttoned - but I just leave it unbuttoned for that reason and it looks OK I think.

I love the details on the front and the gathered shoulders. I got both the cream and burgundy colors and both are nice. I did notice that the sizing is a bit inconsistent - I got smalls in both but the cream is much tighter on my arms; the burgundy is more comfortable (I am 5' 3" 140 lbs and my upper arms are somewhat big). They wash well (I don't use a dryer though so can't comment on that). The only downside is that the material is warm and would be better for cooler weather, but the sleeves are 3/4 length, so it has a limited season. Best for over a dress for a cool summer evening party, etc.
