I'm 5'4", 135, and pear shaped. Though I usually wear a 4-6 in tops and dresses, I needed a medium in this since the thin fabric was so unforgiving and it was so fitted. With three layers of fabric over the bust, no extra bra is needed, though it wouldn't be uncomfortable with one. Just need some court shorts with pockets. If you don't care about pockets, then this is a five star dress.

If you could add foam insert cups, I would probably keep this dress. It is short but just at the comfort line for me. The way it is cut saves the backside from being unflattering due to the fabric thinness as well. But I have cuter athletic dresses.
