Yes, one could wear this top just about anywhere to exercise as it provides good support.

I've never worn SoyBu before but generally an XS top in other brands would be on the tight side. In this case the band of the shelf bra was totally loose and the bra gave me no support whatsoever! In comparison to the top the bottom part of the shirt seemed to fit excessively tight. So overall I felt the fit was really weird and if you're around a 32C I really can't recommend this top. Although, the color is attractive and the fabric comfortable.

Granted, I am small chested. I have yet to try it without the pads. Color is bright and pretty.

I wear with a sports bra for more vigorous workouts. Good breathability, bright color, appreciated modest coverage. Its tough to find a sleeveless fitness top that doesn't flash cleavage when bent over, so I love this top.. Fit as pictured in my regular size - fitted to flatter.

It is form fitting, without being too tight. I especially love the built-in bra which offers enough support to run in. The mesh around the neck line is unique in a good way and helps the shirt stay cool. This tank's design has excellent coverage and is an ideal length, not too short not too tall. I wish it came in more colors, as I would definitely purchase more. I have paired with a active skirt for a day in the sun. It is dressy enough to wear to lunch without feeling like I am wearing workout clothing.

I am 26 and have had numerous radiation treatments, so am always looking for UPF work out shirts to protect me from the sun, but also look cute. This is shirt is great, i got the Scarlett color which I love, and I like the open cross back. I am 5'3 and 120, and was back and forth between the small and XS, i got the small and definitely think it was the right choice. The shirt is very fitted (a little big on the armpits), but fits well everywhere else. The shirt has a built-in padded bra, something I am not usually a fan of, but this one is actually super comfortable (the pads are removable also).. My only complaint about is that the material of this shirt is a bit on the thick side. Even so, I think it is great and am considering getting it in another color.

I have both XS and S's in Soybu, and would say I generally prefer the XS fit although it did not work in this one. The fabric on this one was nice, having little striated lines, but the fit plus the high neck were not for me.
