It will fit a smart phone, barely, and a copy of your drivers license/ID. I don't think it will hold much in the way of tubes or tools. It is almost invisible under the seat. Installs easily. Good for its small size.

The medium is too small for anything other than minimal necessities. It is a nicely constructed bag, light weight but a little too small to carry a tube and tools. If you go with a patch kit and tools it would be fine.

Vaude is a great brand ( I have a backpack and panniers of their's and all are well made, fit well.
