I must have 6 pairs but when I saw this one on a wonderful discount here on Sierra Trading, it was a style that I didn't have. I ordered it at a wonderful price and thinking about ordering the black pair as well. The best design chaco has made yet. Soft leather inside almost feels like you don't have a shoe on at all and of course, the wonderful arch support can't be beat, not to mention super cute on.

These work well. The clever orientation of the toe straps is very comfortable, and the band over the arch helps to keel them on even when in a hurry. They look very nice, too. The only problem I have is that the arch seems to be in slightly the wrong place for the shape of my foot --- but it's much better than with some of the more extremely arched Chacos.

They were a little tight around the toe the first time I wore them but now they're fitting nicely. The only reason I didn't give them 5 *'s is that they are a replacement for a pair of Think! sandals that I bought several years ago and they aren't as comfy, although they do have more footbed support than the average sandal.

I am a teacher and I have issues with my feet so was very happy to see these Chacos on sale, because I had heard they are great shoes for people with foot issues, BUT the leather around one of my big toes completely wore the skin off the top of of my toe the first time I wore them. I have never had that happen with a pair of new quality leather sandals, before, so I did not have a back up pair of shoes @ work. I will not be able to wear them again for quite sometime as I allow the skin on my big toe to heal, so beware!

Good sandalsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Indiana on Monday, August 17, 2015I came to Chaco's on my physical therapist's recommendation, because a lack of arch support (it was summer, I wanted to wear sandals) was causing my knees to hurt. The first pair I bought were the adjustable Updraft sandals, and they have huge arch support. But I wanted some that were slip-ons and looked a little dressier.
These are not as supportive as the Updraft ones, but they are supportive enough. They slip on easily and look nice. The only complaint is that the dye -- I got the black ones -- comes off on my feet. So minus one star for that. But I figure that will stop eventually, and maybe the other colors don't do that. They are still good shoes. -

Chaco's were on the list. I was looking for sandals that had a different look than the normal Chaco's and then I found these. I love them!! The Chaco comfort, but I differnt look.

With the exception of that one thing, these sandals are crazy comfortable. I'm going to experiment with putting a little bit of moleskin where it rubs because the rest of these sandals are crazy comfortable and really great looking.

I have 7 pairs and when I finish this review I am buying the Chaco Stowe in the brown and beige combo. The black pair I already own have become my favorite summer sandal with flip flop qualities but with more fashionable versatility. They look stylish with dresses, skirts as well as pants and shorts. The first pair had a small irregularity where the elastic was sewn to the leather. It rubbed against the side of my instep and would have caused a blister. Cleverly, I snipped off the pointy bit with a pair of scissors and voilà! I recently traveled to Washington State with ease and well supported feet in these shoes carrying a 15 pound Dacshund and my carry on bag. I wear an 8 medium in most shoes and this style is true to size on me. The straps all loosen just little since they are leather, but not to the point that I fear losing a shoe if I have to quicken my step or run for my plane!
