5.0 out of 5 stars. Solid day pack at great priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Deke from NY on Monday, May 18, 2015I only had larger packs and wanted a smaller pack for long day hikes, and for volunteer work on the Appalachian Trail. The 25 L size is plenty roomy for carrying tools for work on shelters and privies (hammers, cordless drill, pry bar, etc). I like the separate compartments on the top flap and organizers inside for wallet, keys, phone etc. The sturdy ice axe loops and tie-offs will be useful.I use the side pocket for a Silky folding saw, and it is very secure. Pack is light and comfortable, seems durable. It has a built-in rain cover, but I found it difficult to pry out of its hiding place. I was looking at the Osprey Kestrel and the EMS Sector when I saw this pack at a great price. Very happy with it. BTW, I wrap up tools in a old towel to protect the pack.

5.0 out of 5 stars. rugged and lightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from maine on Thursday, February 26, 2015I wore this past weekend, and the harness is a little too small for my body. I'm six foot one, but I was able to adjust the straps. Not an ultra light, but pretty lightweight overall and quite rugged
