It's waterproof, easy to stow, and very visible in what, I think, is a very attractive color. I haven't used it actively enough yet to judge breathability so I didn't give it a fifth star. And buying from Sierra Trading Post is a no-brainer!

Even though I wore it during an 80 degree F day (our group still is dressing for cold water) the quarter zip provided good venting. The jacket certainly dries quickly. The hood stores neatly in the collar without being too bulky.
My one complaint is the zip pocket on the sleeve. It does NOT stay dry. I had assumed it was water tight but apparently the zipper allows water inside. Luckily the only thing I had put in there was my lip balm, but there is a clip inside to keep your keys in there. Warning: DO NOT put electronic ignition keys in this pocket! They will get wet and short out! -

Stayed warm and dry... It does not stretch so size appropriately...bought one for a fellow kayaker...
