Between the design and weight of the fabric, the top has a nicely structured fit. There is a slight gathering across the top of the sleeves to give it a feminine touch, but not all the way around the sleeve to create restriction in movement. She felt the top fit true to size and even a bit loose around the hips. It is also long enough to not show the waistline of her pants when she raises her arms over her head. All the important features of wanting to look nice while on duty.

Fabric colors and patterns are wonderful. Not overly fond of the elastric in the sleeves but easily removed. Stitching appears to be sound. Washed well and didn't wrinkle. Sizes are slightly smaller than I expected. They do fit, just snugly.
