Seibel's are my favorite, I work retail on my feet all day. those wavy ridges on the bottom of the sole are also on the top of the sole under the footpad! why would they do that?! you feel every ridge pressing the bottom of your feet... Also, the strap is velcroed, and doesn't match up well when on the foot, so you can see the Velcro. yuk.

Josef Seibel is a reliable brandVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington state on Sunday, June 1, 2014Since these shoes are a medium width, I was pleasantly surprised that my wider feet felt so comfortable in these shoes. That is not to say that they are too wide for those who wear a medium width. The leather is so soft and the overall quality excellent. The design makes this style the perfect casual shoe. The heel height is not too high nor too flat (for me, even one inch height is too flat for my taste). It is well cushioned also. Josef Seibel is a brand that I can trust. I have other Seibel shoes that are still in good condition even after a few years of wear.

Very comfortable and smart looking to wear throughout the restaurant, also non slip in the kitchen.

My shoe size is 6 & 1/2 W and can usually get away with a 7M if shoe made in China. European made shoes are usually an easier fit and in this case I ordered a 38 which is what I order Naots in. Fit well in the toe box, though it was a tad long but what little arch support there was seemed too far back. I should have followed the website suggestion for half size, go down. Returned and got the 37 and now the toe box seemed tight though it may have stretch but realized there really isn't any significant arch support and decided to return. Also order JS Annie in the 37 which has a better arch support and comfy toe box and JS Carmen, again in 37 which has a nice rounded toe and adequate arch support. Going to try Romieke next and see if the arch support is better... such an issue for me these days, sadly. But love the great prices and all the choices I do have with STP.
