5.0 out of 5 stars. Great shoe for work

I've been wanting a comfort shoe for work, and decided on these after a lot of research. They're nicer looking than most "hospitality shoes", although I wouldn't wear them outside of work. The gray color goes with my black, gray, and navy work pants (I have to wear dress clothes, not scrubs). They're exactly what I wanted!

I love these Timberland shoes! I ordered a 5 1/2 and they were true to size and fit perfectly. They are so easy to slip on and walk in all day long. I didn't even need a breaking in period. They were comfortable right out of the box.

I would like another pair in a different color.

Top notch fit, comfort and style. Up there with Keen's and Dansko (if you can wear Dansko). Wear like iron. Slip and grease resistant, safety requirement in many kitchens. Attactive grey color.

About Timberland

The Timberland footwear brand was officially launched in 1973, more than two decades after founder Nathan Swartz bought an interest in an established shoe company. Eight years earlier, the Swartz family had introduced injection-molding technology to the footwear industry. Today, this revolutionary manufacturing process is still being used to fuse the soles and uppers of Timberland boots without stitching, a process that allows for truly waterproof boots. Over the years, Timberland shoes and boots have continued to advance, incorporating modern features like Active Comfort Technology to provide a balance of cushioning, support and climate control. In 2008, Timberland also became the first footwear company to commercialize the use of rubber from recycled tires.
