I ordered a 5 1/2 and they were true to size and fit perfectly. They are so easy to slip on and walk in all day long. I didn't even need a breaking in period. They're nicer looking than most "hospitality shoes", although I wouldn't wear them outside of work. The gray color goes with my black, gray, and navy work pants (I have to wear dress clothes, not scrubs). They're exactly what I wanted!
