Munro American Hera Sandals - Leather (For Women)

These are very attractive sandals. Not quite as comfortable as Wolky but comfortable enough for light to moderate walking.

I only buy Munro American shoes from Sierra Trading Post. They are so expensive so I keep a watch on the shoes I want and when they are discounted I will purchase them. I bought two pairs of Hera Sandals, one pair is brown and one pair is black. They are beautiful. The brown sandals are very comfortable and they have a wonderful heel and arch support system. The black pair, the toe post caused a bruise on the top of my second toe that opened up and bled for quite a while. While they are both the same size and width for some reason the black pair just hurts terribly. I have never had this problem with Munro shoes. I am going to call and see if I can send them back because of the pain. The brown pair is well worth the money and as comfortable as can be.

I love Munro shoes for women. They are so expensive that I have to wait until Sierra Trading Post puts them on closeout and that is when I can afford them. I own four pairs of Munro American and all were bought from Sierra Trading Post. At least once a week I check the prices of the Munro shoes and when they go on closeout I will buy the pairs that I want. I have been watching the Munro American Hera Sandals for almost a year. They went on a Closeout price about two weeks ago and I had to have them. I wanted the brown and the black but they only had the brown in my size. They are beautiful. The foot bed is so comfortable, it conforms to my foot perfectly. It has a great heel cup and amazing arch support. You just don't get that with a pair of thong sandals, but if you buy Munro you always do. More than that they are beautiful. I wear an 8 1/2 M and they fit perfectly,not too small or too large. They stay on my foot and do not flip or flop off. Munro shoes are so comfortable, so beautiful and so well made. They have an exotic look to them because it looks like they are made out of croco leather. The brown is a deep, rich brown and goes with just about anything I wear, jeans, a maxi dress or a pair of dress pants. Thank you Sierra Trading Post for making Munro shoes affordable.

These are exactly what I wanted. The sizing is fine and they are comfortable.

My feet are not exceptionally wide, but these sandals were so narrow and tight. I tried to wear them to stretch and break them in, but they never did stretch. I ended up giving them away. I had already worn them, so couldn't return. Munro shoes are generally very narrow. I had forgotten that.
