5.0 out of 5 stars. Stylish and FunctionalVerified Buyer Reviewed by gulpingchocolate from Colorado on Thursday, March 15, 2018I really like these shorts! I am 5'7'' and 140 pounds. I ordered a medium and they are a good, loose fit. There are pulls on each side of the waist if I decide I want to snug them up a bit.
The shammy panties are removable, so I can wear the shorts for biking or for everyday use.
The shammy panties are good quality and comfortable. They don't pinch around the thighs. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Denver Mom from CO on Tuesday, March 6, 2018I've been looking for the perfect cycling shorts for a long time and I think I finally found them. These are the perfect blend of comfort for biking (finally, I'll have padding for those long rides) and styling. Granted I have not tried them on the bike yet, these fit perfectly -- just the right length and the padding is comfortable. I'm excited to use them this summer. I also, like that the padding can be easily taken out and you can use the shorts without. Super cute and sizing seemed pretty true. I'm typically a size 4-6 and I ordered a 6, they fit perfect.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Fancy-schmancy riding shortsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Chicago on Thursday, June 11, 2015These seem very high quality and have more bells and whistles than any piece of clothing I've ever owned (but I'm not a "gear" person). I have no butt so the XS was almost too big but there are nice adjustable buckle cinches at the waist. The liner feels a bit bulky at first but actually didn't bother me walking around a bit when I got to my destination and didn't seem noticeable. The shorts are very fast drying. They are a little short and need to be pulled down occasionally to keep my thighs from rubbing against the seat while riding. The rust color is more or less as shown, maybe a little pinker, and very nice.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good quality but runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by aman2lov from Amarillo, TX on Tuesday, January 6, 2015Nice pair of shorts, I love that I had color options on these ones. I was disappointed that they ran a little small. I bought them for a mountain biking trip and literally got them in the mail and left. I should have tried them on and I would have exchanged for another size.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Cycling shortsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Vermont on Thursday, July 24, 2014I was not sure these were going to be comfortable for riding because the liner short is very short, like a boy short. I gave them a try and was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't recommend them for a long ride, as the padding is light, and no support on your thighs . I am 5 ft. 8 and 135 lbs. and medium fit great.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Nice shorts, funky padVerified Buyer Reviewed by mic from colorado on Monday, May 19, 2014My wife really likes the shorts but found the pad to be BULKY. So she removed the liner and will use them as regular shorts.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Cycling shorts in colors!Reviewed by Aspen Gold from Iowa on Monday, May 5, 2014I had been eyeballing these cycling shorts for a while since they are offered in colors other than the ubiquitous black and finally took the plunge to order the pair in indigo (which is more of a lilac shade as evidenced by the photo). Initially, I chose the small size based on the Club Ride recommendation. I returned them for the medium (thank you STP for free return shipping!) even though the small fit okay, since I knew I would prefer a bit looser fit while cycling. I am 5’8” 125 pounds, 36” around the largest part of my bum, 34” around the hips and 28” around my waist. Okay, so I’m not Beyonce, but I like to think I have something of a “shape” and these shorts fit and look great. The sides of the waistband offer built-in adjustable straps with locking buckles to snug up a bit. The material feels light, stretchy and comfortable on the road. The airy Cool-max Club Ride liner is quite a bit shorter in the legs (as you can see in the photo) than my Canari or Pearl Izumi liners; they fit rather like boy-cut underwear and I was surprised to find them comfortable enough. (I was afraid they would choke-up at the legs and drive me crazy). Fortunately, there is no rubber or latex at the inside bottom of the liner legs which could irritate that tender skin area. I have yet to put the chamois padding to the real test; I’ve only worn them during a short 20 mile ride, but so far so good. And without the liner you still have a good-looking pair of outdoorsy, sporty shorts. When STP offers another extra 35% off I plan to pick up the Desert Sand color as well.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Made for women with no shapeReviewed by cate from montana on Wednesday, December 18, 2013This is a high quality product, but if you have any curves whatsoever, so expect them to fit all that great. They are cut for the slim figure. I sent them back.
