However, this does run very small. I usually wear XS from other brands such as Outdoor Research, Mountain Hardwear, Patagonia, Icebreaker (I am 5'4" 113 lb). I followed suggestions from other reviews and ordered M, and it fits great.

I'm 5'7", 135# with a trim, athletic build and long arms. I normally wear a size 4/small (occasionally medium).
Pearl Izumi runs small. I have a medium in another PI jacket so ordered this in medium and it fits perfectly. I intend to wear a tight-fitting tank or t-shirt underneath. -

Size up one size and you will love this jacket. Water and wind resistant but yet light enough to stuff in the back pocket of your jersey. Love it . It was just what I was looking for .
