Incredible venting, great adjust-abilityReviewed by Anonymous from corn fields on Thursday, July 10, 2014I got this helmet to improve my vision while keeping my head low on the drops and to replace an older helmet with visor. Now that I've adjusted it properly, I could not be more thrilled. The venting is excellent, it's very light, and even the tilt adjusts. With sharp-looking carbon reinforcements and room for a ponytail, what else can you ask for?
One note, I did need to re-route both straps when it was delivered, as they were twisted and mis-routed to the adjustment ring and through the back. I used my old helmet as a reference to set it up correctly, as it also had a dial-adjustable band. Now it fits great, with no twisted straps or binding up at the back. -

Perfect, on the money with the sizing (don't forget to turn the dial on the back of your head). If you need a helmet, this one is awesome!

My head measured 22" so I ordered the medium which seemed to be a good fit. Unfortunately, after a couple of hours, there were pressure points which hurt my head. The pads which come with this helmet are pretty thin, and so I ordered a thicker replacement set on Amazon. The replacement ones (look up Giro Atmos pads) were great and now the helmet is a comfy as can be.
I am so happy with the look and feel of this helmet now. A definite bargain and a cool look. The air vents are great and I noticed a difference in this feature immediately (I previously owned the Giro Skyla). Love this helmet! -

They were the best in sleek design, comfort and material quality. In lieu of, I bought the Giro Amare. I also have the earlier version that is formally called Giro Atmos (for women), not to be confused with Atmos for men and women. The newer Amare model is exactly the same mold as its earlier Atmos for women predecessor, but the straps are an upgrade. They are much softer, thinner and flexible - more nylon content - a plus in my opinion - that offers a huge improvement in comfort. Also, the sizing chart is reliable. Go for it!

Bought this for my wife, and she loves it. This is a great helmet, for a great price here on Sierra Trading Post. Originally got the wrong size, and Sierra Trading Post exchanged without any difficulties. If you are looking for a new helmet, this is the one. If you're a guy, I highly recommend the Giro Aeon, that is the one I have personally, basically the male/unisex version of this one.

This cost more but had so many nicer features. It was lighter, much more ventilation, more adjustments and very comfortable right out of the box. She will keep this one.
