Unfortunately, although I wash in cold water and dry on extra low it shrunk significantly (mostly in length). It also faded a good bit.

It is true to size and has a nice length to it. I have two mediums and one large. They all fall below the waist. The sleeves are also a nice length, falling a bit above the elbow. I have washed and worn the brown one many times and have yet to see fading. They are thicker than my other collared shirts, but I like this especially for work.
