Comes with rechargable battery pack already installed, and 2 chargers, 110V for the home, and 12V for the car. The spotlight is very lightweght and easy to carry on a long walk. Trigger switch clicks so light stays on until switch is clicked again. Durability is unknown, as light was just purchased, but initial impression is that it is not heavy-duty, and water-resistant at best, not waterproof.

I liked it so much, I bought 24 of them for use as holiday gifts and such.
I've checked about 10 of them so far, and only six work. Mostly the problem is not charging at all, or failing to fully charge. One broken switch.
I have to check the remaining lights, and hope I can return the broken ones. -

This flashlight is super lightweight and it's beam is far-reaching. I can stand in one corner of my yard and see to the other corner .. I can see under the deck completely and the light is strong enough to check under bushes and trees. My husband was also very impressed with this when he tried it.

If you pop off the rear cover there is a big empty spot where you would think the battery fits, but apparently not. Why the removable rear cover? The light is super bright, not sure how long it will last on a charge. Comes with both wall and car chargers which is convenient.
