4.0 out of 5 stars. Very comfortable, but runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from VA on Saturday, April 12, 2014As other reviewers have mentioned, these run small. I usually wear a 9, but am happy with these boots in a 10. The tread is great, but I don't think they really need the side zippers. I am worried they'll let in cold air. I bought these at the end of the season, so not sure how warm they are in freezing temps yet.

5.0 out of 5 stars. LeatherVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Virginia on Monday, April 7, 2014Nice boots they fit! I would say true to size. I guess I didn't know that bungee cord color is actually gray but that is fine with me, lightweight not bulky with the insulation. I look forward to wearing them this coming winter.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Cute and functionalReviewed by UpNorth Girl from Northern Wisconsin on Monday, March 10, 2014I needed a new pair of warm boots and these fit the bill. I was in snow that melted throughout the day and my toes stayed warm and dry. Some reviews mentioned a zipper problem but my pair are fine--perhaps they corrected the design flaw.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent for Winter Weather!Reviewed by Moved to PGH from Pittsburgh on Saturday, March 8, 2014I bought these boots after moving to Pittsburgh in the midst of a very snowy winter. These boots are perfect for my .7 mile walk to work. They have great traction, they're warm, and they're just as comfortable as you'd expect from Teva. In addition to the functionality, they're fashionable enough for my corporate workplace.

5.0 out of 5 stars. These are the best winter boots ever!Reviewed by Anonymous from Wisconsin on Wednesday, March 5, 2014I love everything about these boots. They are true to size and comfortable. The side zip makes them easy to put on. They have great traction. The color is fantastic. Most importantly...they actually keep my feet warm!

4.0 out of 5 stars. Attractive and functionalReviewed by Person from Oregon on Saturday, March 1, 2014I thought I'd have to choose between "attractive" and "functional" in a winter boot until these came along. Thinsulate lets them be remarkably sleek and non-bulky (whether they'll really keep my toes toasty at 25 below remains to be seen). The upper seems like it will be durable but is not too stiff; and is tall enough for fairly deep snow but doesn't constrict muscular calves, thanks to a subtle flare. The sole has good traction. And they look as good on the feet as they do in the photos -- nice lines.
As my last two pairs of winter boots both died young of a broken zipper, I was looking for lace-ups, and took a chance that using the odd partial side zipper would be optional. Alas, it turns out that the lower part of the laces and tongue are essentially fake and do nothing to loosen the boot; you need to unzip it to get in. Time will tell if it holds up.
