It's one of my favorite wardrobe pieces and has often been my pick for the first day of classes each semester (I'm a teacher), professional meetings, and holiday gatherings. Lilla P does a great job making flattering tops for busty women. The cut is slimming, and the neckline is flattering but not plunging. The cut of the sleeves is also slimming. This time around, I bought 2 in black and will watch for other colors to come up. Overall, this top can be both professional and feminine.
I found this fabric to fit smoothly over my back, without clinging and showing rolls around my bra; unlike many of my tops (including some others from Lilla P), I didn't have to carefully match it with a specific bra for best fit.
In my experience Lilla P shirts keep their color and shape longer if washed on gentle cycle and hung to dry. -

I got one of each type, one purple and one "curry". They are pretty similar, but I think one is a lighter weight than the other. This one may be the heavier weight one. Theses will be great in the fall. They have a flattering effect. The knit is great, but I haven't washed them yet. However, all my other Lilla P shirts come out well from the laundry. I wear between a med. and a large in tops, and I get the large in Lilla P because they are more of a "trim fit", and I don't like lightweight knit to be too clingy on me. The quality is the best.
