5.0 out of 5 stars. Just rightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Coulbob from Washington on Wednesday, April 15, 2015These are true-to-fit, and long enough for me--something that just doesn't always happen. They are great to wear when jeans are just a bit too casual. One minor thing: The existence of polyester makes the pants less flexible than the usual more cotton mix, and they could be slightly more comfortable with a different fabric. Nevertheless, they look great, and waist is not ridiculously low.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Not for meVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Alfred, NY on Monday, January 12, 2015Loved the fabric - thick, heavy, ultra-soft corduroy, and beautiful color (not exactly gray), but not for me. The petite length was nice, but the waist was too tight and the rise too high for me.

5.0 out of 5 stars. after wearing/washing, still spiffyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mavorneen from Southern Kettle Moraine, WI on Sunday, December 21, 2014I like the longer length. I like the waistband that others
have criticized. (I don't like the super-low-slung waistbands.)
They have come out of the washer/dryer looking brand new and spiffy. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. GREAT fit!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Camsplam from Chicago on Saturday, November 29, 2014A great pair of cold weather pants, look nice with a sweatshirt or dress 'em up with a refined top and wear them out on Saturday night. The hip--waist cut is perfection, no gap at the small of the back. I don't know how they figured out how to cut them like that, but it feels great not to be hiking my pants up after walking a block. I will definitely order another pair.

5.0 out of 5 stars. just fineReviewed by Mere Here from Oregon on Sunday, November 9, 2014I think ordering pants online is always iffy for getting the correct size. I was pleasantly surprised that the size 6, petite, was perfect for my 120#, 5'3" frame. I didn't even have to hem them. No gaping in back. They fit me well and are stretchy which is great with the slim fit. They are keepers for me.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Just OKVerified Buyer Reviewed by Stevie from Pagosa Springs on Wednesday, September 24, 2014These pants run small. I had to return the 2 for a size 4. Fit is a little weird still, but I will keep them.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Nice fabric but too many not very well executed design featuresVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington state on Wednesday, July 23, 2014Rise on these pants put them about 1.5 inches below belly button, not in itself a problem for me. Waist gaped in back when I sat down in them. Waist band is wider on sides, circa 3", narrowing down to 1.5" in the mid back and the front. I assume this was some kind of not particularly successful effort to contour the waist? A very wide belt--or in my case wearing a long t shirt or a tucked in t and a longer over shirt-- will cover this problem. I kept one pair of these pants because I have three Ex Officio shirts which will go well with the walnut color. Also, I wanted to see how they would wash. They washed up well but in two places broad drape wrinkles remained, making me wonder whether there were errors in cutting the pants or in sewing them on one side of the back and its pocket. As a home seamstress, I know this is the kind of thing which can happen if pattern pieces are not aligned properly with the grain of the fabric. These are not pants fit for urban travel, imo, but the length was OK for me; and I will wear them in very casual settings. I took a petite size 10; they were a generous 10, especially in the waist. There seemed to be no shrinkage at all when run through the washer and dryer. I do not remember that the description identified these as seconds but I think the two pairs I received deserved such a designation. Hard to be completely sure about that because the basic design may simply be flawed and too complicated for successful execution and good fit around the waist.

4.0 out of 5 stars. quality cordsVerified Buyer Reviewed by tpudu from CA on Thursday, July 10, 2014The 2P is loose on my 5'3", 100lb frame but I'm keeping these because they're well-made with quality materials, and have a comfortable rise that sits below the waist. Washed them and dried on high heat in hopes of making them more snug, but there wasn't a noticeable shrinkage. These are quality cords.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Washington Ex Officio fanReviewed by Seattle senior traveler from Seattle, Washington on Friday, January 31, 2014Very disappointed in the fit and fabric of these pants.
I have at least 5 other flexcord pants that I have really liked. Had to send these back. Hope ExOfficio will someday make a woman's flexcord pant that actually comes to my waist, and has a built in zippered pocket that can hold a passport sized item like the mans version of the flexcord has.
