I'm 5'-10, 160 and the large feels a little big, but I can wear another layer underneath if needed. I have not had a need to wear it yet so I can't comment on the breath ability of it or how well it repels water. I was also very happy that it's not a heavier jacket. I was looking for a spring, summer and fall jacket, and that is what it is.
