I've eyeballed the Zoot brand with some curiosity, but never pulled the trigger. I then saw a friend wearing these Zoot Ultra Tempo shoes and LOVED the way they looked. Talked to him about the shoes and he couldn't say enough good things about them. I immediately ordered the shoes. WOW! Everyone should own a pair of these shoes – slip on, comfortable, light weight and wicked cool looking. No regrets on the shoes nor my purchase through STP – their customer service is amazing.

4.0 out of 5 stars. tri racing shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by bill from folsom, ca on Sunday, June 29, 2014i usually wear a 11.5 running shoe, i have b width feet, the 12's fit. the way the lace works is you pull them tight (really tight for me) then pull both sides of the laces until they bind to the cleat near the top of the laces, a little pulling on one side will not do it. then you take the extra lace, with the arrow thing at the end, and thread that through the bottom lace. during the race you simply pull the shoe on and off. when storing the shoe, undo the cleat so that you do not stretch the laces. these shoes are light and fast, but IMHO do not have enough cushioning for training runs. they are race shoes. they have a pretty good toe box.
the ankle is just narrow enough for me if i really tighten the laces, but just enough. probably the shoes are too wide for me. -
