It didn't come with cleaning instructions, so I laundered it in cold water and dried on low, but it shrunk about 3 inches in length. The waist was already a little high for me, and now it's kind of "empire", but that's ok, it didn't shrink in width, so I can wear it. I came to the STP site afterwards and saw that it was dry clean only. It would have been nice if that had been noted on the tag or label. Good thing I'm losing weight! lol I think it's a pretty robe, but, not what I would call 'sultry". It works for the reason I bought it. Glad I didn't pay full price.

Had to return for another reason--this style, with fitted band in the middle on the back with robe gathered on to it plus the front ties makes this a poor style for those of us who lost our waist lines. Just wanted to mention this because I felt like I looked like a pink barrel with a bow.

It is very well constructed and the satin trim and belt are a beautiful touch. I am 5 feet 4 inches, 200 lbs and the 2X fit well.

The satin binding is silky soft and the lace is feminine but not terribly sheer and not clingy. I like the length of the robe and the sleeves are nicely fitted, not floppy. Very flattering.
