This is the second hat of theirs I have purchased. I have a small head so many hats are just too big. The beanie shape hats are wonderful for me. Warm, not itchy with the inside headband. Happy!

That said, its a nice but the colors are not as depicted, at least not on my screen. The primary pattern is not as bright, almost difficult to see at even a short distance, while the bands that appear light grey on screen are more of an ivory in person. I definitely prefer the onscreen colors. Also, it is on clearance for $8.30 at REI, where I purchased it. STP will need to price adjust to compete :-P

It seems like average size, not tiny or huge, not too shallow like some hats - plenty of room for long hair tucked up under it. Not itchy!
