Very soft, comfortable fabric, but maybe a little on the thin side. Great lounging around shirt. They say they're 2nds, but I don't see any noticeable flaws and size seems right. Given that they're from the Gap, the price seems a little high, but not bad if you have a Dealflyer discount. I liked it enough that I bought two more.
