1.0 out of 5 stars. Not like they used to beReviewed by Johnny the sidewalk shovler from Wisconsin on Sunday, December 17, 2017Had a pair of lacrosse ice kings for 15 years before i had to start patching the holes and cracks. I bought a new pair and they lasted 2 winters and are beyond repair. I wore them a total of maybe 20 times. I will never buy another pair. I wish i could give these boots 0 stars. When you pay big money for boots you expect them to last more than 2 winters.

1.0 out of 5 stars. worst boots everReviewed by Jake the landscaper from Pennsylvania on Monday, March 2, 2015Got these boots in December 2014 and they are just about shot and it's March 2015. The rivets popped off on the first lacing so I fixed them with new grommets. Thought they would be good to go. NO! Not sealed very well. My feet get wet whenever I wear them in the snow and the bottoms are just about worn out also. I am a landscaper and wear them for snow removal so they get a lot of wear but they barely got me through 1 winter. Last boots I had lasted me 4 winters. I'm going back to them. Learned my lesson with these. Maybe they will work for someone who will only wear them a handful of times a year. If you're in the snow removal business or plan on wearing them daily stay away!

4.0 out of 5 stars. So far so goodVerified Buyer Reviewed by JakeLuke from Spencertown, NY on Tuesday, February 3, 2015When I ordered theses boot, I was very concerned by the issue of eyelets popping out. I almost cancelled the order, but thought I would give them a chance. I have had them a week now, and they have performed well in the sub zero weather and deep snow we have enjoyed recently. I laced and re-laced then several times trying to pop and eyelet before I brought them outside. Nothing. So I put them to the test and they have performed very well. The issue I had with my last pac boot was a separation between the leather upper and the rubber boot. These are much better sealed and the seem appears to be bonded with a polymer that remains flexible in severe weather. I would bump the rating up to 5 stars, but a week is not sufficient to determine the longevity of the boots. They are however very warm and cozy!

4.0 out of 5 stars. Purchased for MN WintersVerified Buyer Reviewed by MNtwinsfan from Minnesota on Sunday, January 25, 2015Got a referral from an acquaintance about these boots. Haven't worn outside yet but feel real comfortable. Only concern is past reviews state issues with eyelet rivets popping off. Time will tell I guess. Excited to try these out though as I have real difficulty keeping feet warm. Plus, can't beat the price offered by Sierra.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Warm but poorly madeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Elgin, IL on Thursday, January 22, 2015I know these boots would be warm, however they came with broken rivets, just as other reviews warned. I figured one broken one wouldn't be an issue, however when I pulled the laces right, three more broke off. I'm not talking hockey skate tightening, just regular boots tight. The rivets break because extremely low quality rivets are used. I really needed these boots so I had them fixed. Sierra Trading post made it right, and I will continue to shop with them. This two star review is only for the boots and they got two stars because they were able to be fixed, but really should anyone have to fix brand new boots?

1.0 out of 5 stars. Stay Away!!Reviewed by Nurt from Colorado on Wednesday, December 31, 2014I was excited to receive these boots as they were always a gold standard for ice fisherman in the Midwest. I ordered them on a Saturday and Sierra Trading Post had them at my local store by Monday! Awesome! I went down to try them on and pick them up with greedy anticipation. I put on the left boot and it felt warm and comfortable. As I tried to pull the laces tightone of the grommets pulled off the boot. So I tried to lace up the right boot, thinking I would just have a new pair sent, and I pulled a different gromit off of the right boot. I was disappointed to see such shoddy craftsmanship in such an expensive boot.

1.0 out of 5 stars. ice king bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Iowa on Tuesday, December 30, 2014I have wore Lacrosse boots in farming for 15 years. This boot is not made for long out side wear. Also this is the first boots that the eyelets have broken off. I would not give this boot a second chance.
