4.0 out of 5 stars. Pretty nice shirtVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rachel S. from PA on Wednesday, February 10, 2016I am average size...5'7", 140ish lbs...originally bought this in a medium, but found it to be a little too tight for my liking. Reordered in a large because i like a looser fit and the ability to wear a tshirt underneath. Nice quality. Not a heavyweight shirt, but definitely nice as a base layer.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Highest quality of materials and designVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Maryland on Thursday, February 4, 2016I'm very, very happy with this garment. Got it at a great price with my Dealflyer coupon. I'm about 5'4" and 130 pounds. Opted for the medium, and it is a slightly loose fit....smalls are really body hugging for me in Smartwool. The fabric is very smooth and soft. Love the color. You can't go wrong with this garment. Thank you, STP, for the great savings on such a high quality item.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Does NOT have ponytail exitsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Alaska on Saturday, January 16, 2016The shirt was actually really nice. The arms were long enough to not pull even when through the thumb holes. The shirt sat just below hip level which was awesome. I have a long torso, long arms, athletic shoulders and arms and a pretty flat chest (34b)--the top was comfortable and fit well but the lack of ponytail exits was a deal breaker. I have a lot of hair and pushing it against my skin under a hood and then under a helmet or warmer hat would be too itchy. I ordered the medium, I am 5'6" and 130 lbs.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Well-fittling and stylishVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ann the Novice from California on Tuesday, January 12, 2016I will be honest and say I purchased this base layer because I loved that there were thumb-holes. I not only love the thumb-holes, but the weight of the top and the fit is great. Not too tight where it is constricting, but not loose and frumpy looking. The design of the top is very flattering and looks great with jeans, tights, and even snowboarding pants.
I will definitely be buying more in different colors. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Beautifully stylish hoodieVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dancer from Oregon on Friday, December 25, 2015I gave this to my step mom as a holiday gift. She loves it. She sent a photo of herself wearing it. It fits her perfectly. She has a classic body type: 5'7", 120 lbs, large bust.

3.0 out of 5 stars. snug fit is rightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tubby from CT on Friday, December 11, 2015I love smartwool products, couldn't resist these colors and the style. It is a really snug fit; I haven't decided if I'll keep it for coldest days of try another style. Beautiful colors and design, wish it were just a tad looser in the chest.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Favorite wool hoodie but runs smallReviewed by Carenhh from Maine on Sunday, April 26, 2015This is my favorite hoodie of all wool out there on the mkt. I have owned everything- I'm a bit of a wool nut! Ortovox from Europe, lots of Ibex, Smartwool and Icebreaker. I purchased the gray in the fall and ordered a medium as the reviews said it runs small. I wanted to be able to wear a wool t underneath. I am 5'7" and weigh 120 lbs. I have a long torso and am glad I did NOT get the small ( which I am in every other wool brand). This washes well. Line dry and no ironing (Ibex and Icebreaker need some light pressing to get the wrinkles out). I'm back to get the blue! Love it with skirts and jeans. Will find it perfect for hiking too. Don't miss this hoodie if you like wool!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect and great designVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington on Wednesday, April 22, 2015I have been wanting to get a Smartwool hoody and this one fits the bill. Does not pull funny on the head like some hoodies can, and it fits to size. I am 130lbs 5'7" and the Medium fit just right.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Cool hoody...long thoughVerified Buyer Reviewed by ocngrl007 from WIlmington, NC on Tuesday, March 17, 2015I bought one (size S) in the purple and the grey. They fit snugly, are very flattering...but are long in the torso and go below your hips - not saying that's good or bad. I'm petite, 5'1" and it keeps my lower back warm, but it's a little bunched up because I'm short. They're very soft, sleeves are long but not too long even for me and love the monkey holes. Hood fits snugly on your head, so nice if you have to wear under a helmut or even layered under a hat or hood of your coat. I have a bunch of these base layer shirts and love them, they're my winter-wear....so these sweat shirts are a nice layer for over a tshirt, etc. On sale, they're a nice piece to have for a chilly spring or summer evening and the patterns make them fun and not your run-of-the-mill sweatshirt.
