    I would say no padding at all. To small to wear over a fingerless padded glove. Might work as a light work glove.

    these are nice lightweight gloves. Good for the early morning chill on summer mornings in the high Rockies. Not a ton of padding, but enough protection against falls & hand fatigue. Run true to size

Before Kinji Shimizu created the first Pearl Izumi cycling apparel, he spent nearly seven days a week on his bike delivering 90 pounds of clothes to customers. He frequently pedaled 38 miles a day.
