I just received these in the mail and tried them on. Great fit in hip and thighs and true to size! They have an elastic patch on both hips. Great for skiing or other snow sports when sitting, bending at the knees or falling on your bottom! I wish it had exterior pockets besides the little one on the inside. It will be difficult to reach with a ski jacket and gloves. However, I'm pleased with the fit and hope they withstand the durability of most Obermeyer products.

Only drawback I found was that there are no pockets. Also, one reviewer had said they ran big. I ordered one size down - they fit but are snug.
