I am 5'11 and 145lbs and the small fits perfectly. It has a nice athletic fit, not too tight, just right. It is a light fabric, I can't speak to its wicking abilities, but it feels as if it would do ok. I do have one problem with this shirt, the zip pocket feels really fragile. The pocket is a pouch sewed to the inside of the shirt, just behind the left breast pocket, but it is only stitched to one corner. The stitching feels sturdy, but I'm weary of putting much more than a passport in it. Other than that, the shirt is great!

Ran true to size for me. No big size change after a cold wash and low dry.
The zip pocket is a nice touch. I haven't (and prob won't) use it, but was worried that the inner pocket lining would "sag" and be noticeable when wearing, but it stays flat.
Overall happy with the purchase. -
