It is way too snug at the bottom, but I got the jacket for a really low price and decided to alter it by opening the side seams at the hem. If you are not very curvy in the hips it might fit you.

I wore this on a foggy day, and the outside and the inside of the jacket (not to mention everything I had on under it) were equally wet. Nice features, but the fabric doesn't breathe the least bit.
