I have worn it once since the purchase. The work-out consisted of a 25 mile road-bike, 1000 meter swim and a 6 mile run. The compression in the legs is very good and otherwise as well. I am 6'2" and 185 pounds and wore the Large. The only issue I can speak to in a negative sense is I had minimal to some degree of noticeable "chafing" in the groin area on both sides where the legs meet the body. Perhaps more chamois cream will help/resolve the issue? I understand it can be very difficult to fit every body style with maximum comfort/fit. Ultimately, I would rate this product a 4-4.5, and recommend it. The price was right as well!

I ordered the XL-6'2 205 and it worked great
The only thing that I will look for in my next suit is that the zipper is in the back. While riding the front opens up and does create some drag for those of you who are looking for the additional advantage on the bike.

It has performed well in both applications. Only downside was I forgot to spray on some Tri-slide on my chest before the run and ended up with some chaffing where the zipper is, but other than that, very comfortable.

I used it for the first time last weekend and really have no complaints. The padding did the job for the short sprint distance. I found the suit to be very comfortable and had no irritation in its first use. Would purchase this suit again but have bought many Nike products in the past and have been pleased with the quality. For the price it is a great buy.
