The color of the container is in theme with the color of coffee. The lid is held tightly with a silicon ring. My ground coffee is kept fresh by the air-tight lid. I gave this canister 5 stars.

This one I ordered. First one came and it has absolutely no suction for sealing on the lid. They sent another and it came cracked. Third one wasn't cracked but still doesn't deal properly to keep coffee fresh. Tired so I didn't even call about a replacement. If you lucky enough to get one that seals it is really cute. But good luck! !

Later I decided to get this larger one as well. Unfortunately despite having a silicone gasket the lid on it was loose so it did not seal. I exchanged for another one, asking STP to make sure it had a lid that sealed like it was supposed to, otherwise to just refund my money because I didn't want to hassle with sending another one back. When the replacement arrived, I found the lid on it one did not seal either, so now I have to send the second one back as well! (I just noticed these are made in China...)

They sent a new jar/lid combo but neither lid fits tighly, despite having a plastic or rubberized sealing ring, so I don't know what I'll use this for. Maybe for collecting used grounds for garden compost? If you want a tight seal for storing and keeping coffee beans fresh, this is not the product.
