Dan Post Vintage Star 11” Cowboy Boots - Square Toe (For Women)

I love these boots. I ordered an 8.5, my regular boot size, they were a little too big, even with thick socks. So, I exchanged them for an 8-perfect fit. I love the way they look, and they are comfortable right out of the box. I will use them for riding, or going to shows, etc. They would be great for around town, too.

These boots are fabulous! I liked them online, but when I got them; I fell in love! They are so comfortable. I recommend purchasing them. They are beautiful!

I exchanged these boots from Old Gringo Sora. I wanted to try the square toe because the pointy toe made my size 7 feet look huge. I decided to order 7.5 so I can put an insert in because I like cushiony shoes. I would say that these fit well without the inserts on my size 7 feet so I do not agree that they run big. I couldn't put inserts in because they felt too narrow in doing so. The leather is beautiful, the craftsmanship is top notch. Does not appear to need a break in period as I tried them on for the first time today - I wore them around the house but sadly my right heel on the outside rubs. I don't think it's an issue with craftmanship - it might be the way it was packaged. It has a wrinkle right in the spot where that bone sticks out on the side I had on medium thickness socks but it still rubbed. I don't know if the "kink" or "wrinkle" will come out with wear and I really do not like to "break in" shoes as my feet hurt when I do. So, these will go back. I will most likely order another pair in hopes that the next pair will fit. I will package these up and start shopping again - will get these again unless I find another similar pair but I do like the pink!

I love these boots. They are very comfortable, and the leather is so soft, broken in, and ready to wear. I ordered my regular size, and they are fine with medium weight socks. I could probably have gone down an half size, if I was only going to wear them with thin socks. I think they will be great for riding. More comfortable that other riding boots I have tried.

How CUTE!!! Well made with eye catching distressed look and studs. Totally appropriate for light barn work, riding or a night out. I really didn't think these boots run THAT large. My shoe size is an 8, boot size 90% of the time is a 7.5 - ordered these in a 7 as recommended and they will need a little more break in time - probably would have been just as happy with a 7.5.
