They are comfy out of the box. The surprise was the great insole. I'm not used to that in Cowboy Boots. Usually there isn't one!.
There is a variation of accent colors such as burgandy and blue, but very subtle. These are great boots for fun casual wear. I don't think the leather would stand up to riding but hey, they're fine! -

The leather is thick enough to stand up to riding without ruining the design. The design is subtle but really pretty, with shades of dark red and blue showing through the cutouts. On the inside, the footbed is cushy but not overly so. The fit is narrow, but as the boots stretch I'll be able to wear thicker socks (and I have narrow feet so the fit matches my feet). I'm very impressed by these boots.
