5.0 out of 5 stars. Warm, comfortable, flexible

I love these mittens. They are fairly warm but don't feel bulky. Fingers feel dexterous, for example when changing radio stations in the car, it's easy to feel the buttons. They are waterproof which is great for brushing off the car. They are not the warmest mittens I own, but most days I don't want to wear my warmest bulkiest mittens. They fit easily in a jacket pocket when going into a store. Where I live it is often in the 20s (F) and for that these are fine. If it gets into the teens then I would possibly have to get out my larger mittens, depending on wind chill and time spent outside. These definitely wouldn't be warm enough if it's in single digits. Overall very happy with them, wear them most days.

  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. Disappointing
Verified Buyer Reviewed by ADK traveler from Adirondack Mts, NY on Wednesday, January 28, 2015
I have bought and worn a number of Gordini gloves and mittens over the years. I was hoping that these would replace a well loved pair that are showing their wear. However, they were a complete disappointment and sent back. The "grip" material was some sort of plastic and looked like it would not hold up at all and the cuff length was very short. If you want a "throw away" pair that might last a season these might be OK, otherwise don't bother!

I wanted mittens that are warm enough for cross country skiing but still flexible, not bulky and these fit the bill nicely. Very happy.

Gordini was started in 1956 by winter sport enthusiasts to provide waterproof ski gloves, goggles and other snowsport accessories to those who live for new snow. Whether you're a diehard skier, snowboarder or snowshoer, Gordini's winter gloves range from simple and straightforward to highly technical Gore-Tex® waterproof gloves, while Gordini winter hats, ski masks and base layers are designed to protect from the wind and insulate from the cold. Gordini is also on the forefront of innovation - they recently created Lobz® high-tech fleece ear warmers - some of which even offer built-in audio.
