At first some of the fingers felt tight, but once I wiggled them down into the fabric they loosened and felt fine. -

The rib-knit cuff came up well past my wrist to keep snow out. I liked the leather on the thumb and first two fingers, gave me extra grip when shoveling snow - I suppose these would be good for a ski pole but I never ski.
The "Caring for Gloves" tag reads:
Dry leather at temps BELOW 125 degrees F (50 degrees C)
DO NOT wring gloves or mittens out
DO NOT turn them inside out
DO NOT leave wet gloves in contact with clothing. The natural dyes in leather and textiles may bleed and discolor your clothing. -

These will be fine for the most part, but I will invest a bit more for proper ski gloves.
They are light and warm, and as usual I got a great deal through sierra trading post.
I think more sizing info would be helpful. -

The first time I wore it, it got wet and soaked through the gloves, leaving my hands cold inside. However, I used it an entire day snowboarding and it didn't get wet until the end of the day. I used it again and it worked fine. Overall, these gloves insulate your hands really well, but if used excessively for a long period of time in the snow, it can get wet in the inside. They fit well, but a little bit hard to move the fingers.
