I'm 5'4" 150 lbs. and ordered a large which seems to fit true to size. Style is flattering and conforms to my body without binding anywhere plus it has good stretch. I got it mainly to use as a base layer for skiing but it's nice enough to wear at other times and feels like it will be a great insulating piece without being too warm for our typical Texas fall and winter weather.
