It is formfitting but not a fight to get on and has a band of, what I would call a gripping material at the hem so that it doesn't ride up your legs. Couldn't beat the price.

I was disappointed but glad to have tried it out. I am between a medium and a large and got the large because I didn't want to feel like a sausage and maybe that was some of the issue.
