After having to return the tray twice, due to damage during shipping, now that we've finally received an unbroken tray, she loves it!
As an FYI to other customers, the first two trays were well-packed, and the box was marked FRAGILE, but it's pretty apparent that "FRAGILE" does not seem to mean much with the shipping company.
