Per STP's recommendation, I ordered a size 38. I wish they had a 37.5! I almost returned them because they felt kind of sloppy big, but I ended up putting a foam insole in under the insole they come with, and wearing a bit thicker socks. They are now very useable and I love the light weight, soft leather, heel height and style. I will probably be taking them with me for an upcoming trip to Europe, as I have found them very comfortable for long days on the go. But in 20/20 hindsight, I'd probably order the 37 if getting another pair.

Order the 38's in brown but exchanged for 37... perfect fit, beautiful leather, lightweight, just dressy enough to be able to wear with pants at the office on cold winter day or to conventions where loots of walking is the norm. Liked them so much I've ordered the Romika Citylight 07 ankle boot in black. Haven't received them yet to compare but am confident I'll be just as pleased.

The best quality women's shoe i have seen in a very long time! my current pair is at least 4 years old and going strong, though the soles have lost most of their "relief" (sculpted bottoms).

I wear an 8 or 8 1/2 and purchased the size 39. The top of the boot hits just barely above my ankle. I was hoping they be a bit taller so my jeans could stay tucked in, but that's the drawback of purchasing online. No matter though, I love them anyway.

Happy FeetReviewed by All about comfort with style from NYC on Sunday, December 28, 2014I would normally in boots get a 9.5 to accommodate layering of socks (my size in shoes is between 9/9.5) and I purchased the size 40. This is a cute booties. I worn with a pair of sweat style pants I purchased from Eddie Bauer which looked well together. I also have a med/wide foot, toe bunion, and a narrow heel. Of lately, the boots and shoes purchased for Sierra I had to return due to slippage off my heel or too tight across the width. These boots fit like a glove and surprisingly I worn them all day shopping and they were comfortable. I was able to wear them with a med weight sock - no problem. I agree with another buyer that they are somewhat difficult to put on, but found a remedy. If you try using a shoehorn this will aide with getting your foot into the boot with better ease. They boots are not for very good weather as I worn them another day in NY of 40 weather. I also was able to get my orthotic into this boot which is a thin leather type arch support - (try Footsmarts for if you have problem type feet as I do for various support wear). It would have been good if this bootie had better foot cushion yet overall the bootie turned out to be comfortable which I had been having difficulty in finding comfortable footwear.
