As you look at the photo of the shoe, notice the white plastic on the sides near the toe box, these completely cracked and fell off the shoe. You could see that how the plastic was connected to the shoe is integrated into the EVA sole and separation of the sole from the shoe itself was right around the corner. My son did like the look and say they were very comfortable, just couldn't stand up to daily practice and games.

My 14 year old son wears men's size 12 and has average to slightly wide feet. He thought the shoe was a tad uncomfortable on the outside edge of his foot, and also a bit on his arch (he also has flat feet).
Because the return policy is not really free, and he needed the shoes, my son decided to just keep them and hope they break in. We lace the bottom laces more loosely to give more room across the top of the foot, and then lace it tightly up by the ankle. He did get blisters after his first practice in them as well.
Probably should just buy sports shoes locally unless you are rebuying a brand you already have had in the past. Only taking off one star because they seem like good shoes...just not the best fit for everyone. -

The size is true although the width is slightly narrower than a typical medium. My son has a average to slender width foot. It has a inner cushioned liner that is thicker than typically found on similar type basketball sneakers. They look good but are made for playing ball. Great Price.
