5.0 out of 5 stars. Fantastic jacket!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from San Diego on Friday, October 10, 2014I first purchased the Tribal purple, but returned it for an exchange for the Tribal Black/White. I liked the Black/White a lot better on me. The colors are great in the Purple, but I think that the pattern would look best on someone over 5'5". I am petite and the Black/White looked much better on me. I can wear it with black or white pants, and it even looks good with my orange pants. Mountain Force is a luxury brand of skiwear and the company was founded by the original founders of Kjus. If you're familiar with Kjus, you will find many of the same details in Mountain Force. The cuffs hace the velcro strap adjustment, the jacket has a chamois goggle cleaner, zip-off hood, beautifully finished lining with sealed seams. The jacket is cut slightly longer than I like with a 26" length. I like 24"-25" length best, but it still looks good and gives more protection at the 26" length. I am petite with a long torso, which is why I like the cut slightly shorter, but most people will be very happy with the 26". Like Kjus, the jackets are cut on the smaller side. I wear a size 38 in both brands, which is big on me over a t-shirt, when you just try it on out of the box. However, once you add layers, the jacket is just the right size for active wear, and that is how it should be. I am very petite, as mentioned, and usually wear a size 2-4 in pants, and a size 4-6 in jackets and tops. The size 38 should be fine for anyone up to around 116 pounds. I am very particular about the function of my ski wear, but love fashion, and like my ski wear to be unique and unusual. If that is you, then you will be very happy with this jacket and it's a great buy. It's also very lightweight, but the Primaloft fill and the Dermizax outer will keep you warm and dry in a wide range of temps.
