The left shoe appeared slightly worn and the heel/shoe was actually lower than the right. It was obvious when I put them on that something was not right. I felt off balance and when I put the shoes on a table and looked at them from the back, it was immediately apparent that the left shoe/heel was lower. Needless to say, they were returned. Shame, because otherwise they would have fit me.

I am a fairly standard B-width, and it fit like a glove from the first time I tried it on. I do recommend polishing before use, because the leather will absorb water and stain. I want them to develop character, but not overnight!

Nice compromise between a boot and shoes in appearance with slacks. They fit well with my orthotics and are true to size with good amount of room in the toe box. Look forward to the same utiity and comfort with the luggage color pair.

That said, Ariat shoes are always fashionable, comfortable, and well-wearing.
When they come back the U.S. I'll give them 5 stars. -
