Im okay with 2nds that have small issues but this flaw is fundamental to the usability of the product and it shouldn't have been sold this way

The logo on the chest is a welcome change from what I normally get on a Dickies garment, this logo having a subtle tonal imprint that is visually noninvasive. On sizing, I'd say this shirt leans towards smallishness. I am increasingly needing to order medium in our supersized world, but with the Dickies thermal I fit in a large like I always used to.
