    These are lightweight steak knives with plastic handles. I was expecting a better quality knife than this set from Wusthof, who really makes some great knives. The blades are very sharp and have a small serrated portion at the front, not all the way down the blade. This seems like a nice blade design for a steak knife. I must admit that these do not look quite right when next to my other Wusthof knives that are of higher quality. But overall this set of steak knives is a good value for the price.
