The material makes a little bit of noise, but I believe a little break in will soften the material and hopefully become near silent. The fleece lining and outer shell are rather thin but provide a good bit of protection against wind and insulates as well. I will be wearing this over my lightweight tops and under my heavier tops as a thin insulating layer.

It fits somewhere between a medium and a large and appears to be cut for someone with a paunch. All in all, a very poor cut and fit for the advertized size. I will be returning it. The material itself was as expected and seemed quite warm.
