I ordered true size first for my husband, usually a 34, and they were too big. I sent back and for a 32, and they are fine now. Note: he prefers these to look more tailored rather than baggy or billowy.

I would agree with the description that "it is not too loud, but just quirky enough to stand out from the crowd." There is a drawstring on this short that helps to adjust if you need to. The size is right on. The price was right so I took a chance and I will keep this one. Another great deal from STP.
