How to Measure
Chest: With arms relaxed at sides, measure around fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure around natural waistline, smallest part of the waist.

The 7" inseam gives good coverage and is a nice length for trail running. Legs have a bit of a flare but will probably lie down after a few washes. I think these will be a good running short.
